I recently switched to Prestige after my previous dentist office was becoming way to pushy with services I didn't need. It's not like that here. They are straight forward and friendly. I also really enjoy the tvs in each room. The lady at the front counter is also really helpful in helping you understand what your insurance does and doesn't cover. Great office all around.

This is an amazing dental office! The staff are all super nice. Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy. I called for an appointment and got in the very next day. The office is very clean and high tech. Wait times are short, I myself only waited about 2 minutes to be seen. Dr. Awwad was very nice and professional. I'm super impressed by his work and how gentle he was. My teeth look amazing and the whole visit was such a pleasant experience! I'm actually looking forward to going back and having more work done

I love this dentist office. Dr Awwad is such a fantastic dentist. He is very warm, personable and explains everything in detail. He is very honest and will suggest the best way to go about your procedures based on your insurance and your deductible. He is very gentle as well. The the best doctor!! Ok...so now the staff and the communication. Top notch is the first thing that comes to mind. Erika is the office manager and is the sweetest. She has incredible communication skills. Asia is the dentist assistant (she cleans your teeth, so not sure if she has another title). She is so personable and is so full of "dental " information. She has told me many things that have never been told to me before that have really helped in my personal oral health. Everyone is great! Lastly, you will get text messages up until the day of your appointment that remind you of your appointment which is very helpful when you live a busy life. Also, I have never, and I mean never, waited more that 5 minutes to be seen. The office doesn't double book so your seen right away. If you are looking for a new dentist, i highly recommend this dentist group. They are in the Walgreens shopping center in Murrieta off of Scott and Antelope.

Got into Prestige Dental Group on an emergency toothache from a half-broken tooth and the experience has been nothing but pleasant and short of perfect. Dr. Awwad and his staff are extremely professional and meticulous in their work. I can only recommend this office and the work they do.

Without any hesitation, I give him 5 stars for outstanding service, care, cleanliness, comfort and his expertise. Because of strangeness in one of the tooth's roots and thus possible complications during the root canal, he referred me to a specialist, whom he found himself by calling around for a same or next day appointment. Talking about going above and beyond for your patients.

Also, because he knows about German soccer and my favorite team he actually deserves 6 out 5 stars. Just saying. Priorities people ;) Thank you, Dr. Awwad and the very friendly staff at Prestige Dental!

All of the staff was friendly and professional and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in.
Dr Awwad has the most respectful and courteous manner. He is extremely personable and pleasant as he explains everything ahead of time.
I have always been so fearful at the dentist that I needed the nitrous oxide.
I didn't feel the need at this office, and the shot was done so carefully it was painless!.
I felt very safe and was reassured throughout the process, as my comfort level seemed to be the highest priority to Dr Awwad and his staff.
Unlike most, they did not try to push for any unnecessary procedures, only what was needed.
The personal TV for each chair with remote to choose whatever. I wanted to watch on Netflix, shows they go the extra mile.

I don't know where to start, Dr. Awwad is one of the nicest people I have ever met, he makes coming to his office so pleasant and comfortable, I have 4 kids and they just love him, the way he interacts with them, plays games with them and let's them choose a movie to watch while he examines there teeth, he truly makes bringing my kids to his office a fun experience for them.

Dr. Awwaad and his staff are wonderful. My kids have been seeing him for over a year and we have had great experiences, no cavaties!! I have neglected getting myself to the dentist for years. Went a few years ago to another local dentist who told me she would not do a cleaning because I needed a deep quadrant clean. With no dental insurance, I couldn't afford it. I go a few more years and go in to see Dr. Awaad, he gives me a thorough cleaning (no need for a deep clean) with a plan for taking care of a few other minor issues. I truly believe he is an ethical dentist and does not create issues to get you to pay for more procedures. His hygenists are also very gentle. One of my kids always complained about his teeth hurting for weeks after cleanings, not with this staff!!

Dr. Awwad is the best dentist by far. I cannot praise him enough for how patient and caring he is. I have had every bad experience you could imagine at a dentist. Unfortunately I am unable to get numb using Novocain and that has led to an unimaginable fear of the dentist. Due to my horrible experiences in the past I put off going to the dentist for about 15 years. Over that time I accrued a lot of damage. I have broken, missing, and rotten teeth. Never once was I made to feel bad about my teeth or how they looked. His bed side manner is outstanding. I have worked as a paramedic for a long time and I know a good doc when I see one. I am very critical of doctors and how they treat their patients and I can't find one bad thing to say about Dr. Awwad. Everyone in the office is extremely patient and understanding even when I cancel my appointments the day of. I am writing this out of appreciation for Dr. Awwad and his amazing practice and for helping me get rid of my fear of seeing a dentist.

I've been to a lot of Dentist's and this is the best place. I love Dr. Shadi and Yolanda. If either of them weren't there I don't think I would go here. Dr. Shadi is funny and Yolanda is so nice and they are both really good at what they do. They take their time on you and are very personable. I don't feel like another customer but more like a friend to them. Yolanda and Dr. Shadi also gave me the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. I can tell they truly care about their patients. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Awwad and his entire staff. I have never been to any doctor's office that has such amazing, kind, genuine people working there. The front office staff is friendly and everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there.

I have been to many dentists in my life, ranging from terrible to tolerable. But Dr. Awwad literally takes all the pain and discomfort out of dentistry. He is kind, funny, and did an excellent job explaining everything to me before the procedure. He didn't act rushed or like he had somewhere else to be. He took time to answer all my questions and never made me feel silly for asking what I am sure were very basic questions.

Today, I asked my oldest son to give me one word that best describe Prestige Dental, he said "WELCOMING". He said that he feels very comfortable and seeing the dentist doesn't feel like a death sentence.

We have been with Dr. Shadi Khasati since we moved to Temecula, almost 3 years ago.

My initial visit with Dr. Shadi (as we know him), we sat in his office and he asked me about my family and my concerns. I told him my biggest concern is my youngest who is autistic. I told him that he has not seen a civilian dentist and was only seen by Military dentists all 13 years of his life and has to be put to sleep even for cleaning. He assured me that he and his staff would do their best for him. Having met and talked to Dr. Shadi, I was more at ease and I knew I found the right dentist for my family.

My oldest son, who has never looked forward to his dental check-ups in the past, now has "no fear" in going for his dental check-ups. As for my youngest son, his check-up last week went with flying colors, got his teeth x-rayed and cleaned in record time (about 30 minutes), and most importantly, stress-free for me.

For me, the word that best describe Prestige Dental is "FAMILY". Though we come in twice a year, I feel that they are an extension of my family and Dr. Shadi and his staff make us feel at ease and always asked how things are going and if I have any concerns or questions. I know that they have my family's health as their priority. This is one less thing I have to worry about and parents with children with disability what that means.
